• Photographs of your property that you send us.

• WhatsApp messages and other communications relating to your enquiry or booking.

• Booking details, invoices and payment records.

We also receive information necessary to operate our website and process enquiries.

3. Why We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes.

• Contact you about your requested service.

• Arrange and complete bookings.

• Process payments and maintain business records.

• Provide customer support and deal with service-related issues.

• Track qualifying bookings for promotions such as our Christmas estate bonus.

We process this information where necessary to prepare or fulfil a contract, comply with legal obligations or pursue legitimate business interests, such as managing enquiries and keeping our business secure.

We won't add you to unrelated promotional marketing lists simply because you've requested a quote.

• Framer — website and enquiry forms.

• Google Sheets — organising enquiries and bookings.

• WhatsApp — communicating with customers.

• SumUp — processing payments.

These providers may process information under their own privacy arrangements. Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information or share your individual booking details with other households in your estate.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary.

• Unsuccessful enquiries: Up to 6 months after our last contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them longer.

• Property photos and routine messages: Until no longer needed for the service or a related customer issue.

• Invoices and relevant accounting records: Normally 6 years, or longer where legally required.

• Other booking records: For as long as reasonably necessary to manage the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Once information is no longer needed, we delete it or dispose of it securely.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.

• Request corrections to inaccurate information.

• Request deletion of your information in certain circumstances.

• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
